Daniel Castro has over 6 years of experience in managing healthcare companies. He holds a Master's in Hospital and Health Services Administration from UDEM. He led a hospital for 2 years, increasing its profitability and promoting service marketing in Monterrey. He also spent a year managing one of Cancun's most important hospitals, expanding its hospital services and increasing profitability by over 50%.
He is currently leading a Medical Center focused on outpatient and short-stay care in Monterrey's most important hospital area.
With over 20 years of experience as a Facilitator leading certification and accreditation processes in healthcare services, Norma has facilitated the certification of 15 private hospitals and 9 first-contact clinics of the University Health Center (UANL) before the General Health Council, all with scores above 9.
Norma specializes in process improvement and control through the management of quality and patient safety models from recognized organizations (General Health Council, Joint Commission International, Canadian Healthcare Council, etc.), optimizing, standardizing, and reducing risks in critical patient care systems. She is passionate about multidisciplinary teamwork, talent development, and generating comprehensive and personalized ideas and solutions.
